Welcome to the website of Genesis Supreme RV (“Genesis Supreme RV,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including any pages, content, features, forms, product information, images, videos, dealer locator tools, downloads, and other online services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about Genesis Supreme RV, our recreational vehicle brands, floorplans, features, dealer locations, company information, videos, contact options, owner resources, and related content. The Site may also allow users to submit information through forms, subscribe to communications, upload photos or documents, or access third-party tools.
The Site is intended for users located in the United States.
2. No Purchase, Warranty, or Service Contract Created by Site Use
Use of the Site does not create a purchase agreement, sales contract, service contract, warranty contract, dealer relationship, or other business relationship between you and Genesis Supreme RV.
Any purchase or lease of a Genesis Supreme RV product is subject to the terms, pricing, disclosures, documents, and agreements provided by the selling dealer or other applicable party. Any warranty coverage is governed solely by the written limited warranty or other written warranty documents applicable to your specific product, model year, and transaction.
Nothing on the Site modifies, expands, limits, or replaces any written warranty, dealer agreement, purchase agreement, or statutory right that may apply to you.
3. Product Information, Specifications, and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about our recreational vehicles, brands, floorplans, features, specifications, materials, colors, appliances, options, and other product details. However, product information on the Site may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or typographical mistakes.
Due to supplier changes, production updates, design changes, and other factors, Genesis Supreme RV reserves the right to change, substitute, discontinue, or modify materials, features, specifications, floorplans, components, colors, appliances, fabrics, pricing-related information, model availability, and other product details at any time without notice.
Photographs, videos, renderings, floorplans, and other visual materials on the Site are for general informational and illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary from images shown, including in color, materials, appliances, fabrics, décor, options, equipment, dimensions, layout, and other details.
Before purchasing, ordering, or relying on any product information, you should confirm all product details, specifications, features, availability, options, pricing, and warranty information with an authorized Genesis Supreme RV dealer.
4. Dealer Locator and Independent Dealers
The Site may provide a dealer locator or dealer-related information to help users find dealers that may offer Genesis Supreme RV products. Dealer information is provided for convenience only and may not always be complete, accurate, or current.
Dealers are independent businesses and are not agents, employees, partners, or representatives of Genesis Supreme RV unless expressly stated in writing. Genesis Supreme RV is not responsible for dealer pricing, advertising, inventory, sales practices, financing, trade-in valuations, service scheduling, service quality, representations, or other dealer actions or omissions.
Only authorized written statements from Genesis Supreme RV may modify Genesis Supreme RV’s obligations. Dealers are not authorized to alter or expand Genesis Supreme RV’s written limited warranty unless expressly permitted in writing by Genesis Supreme RV.
5. Warranty and Owner Information
The Site may include owner guides, warranty information, customer service information, or links to warranty-related notices. Such materials are provided for general convenience and may not apply to every product, model, year, purchase, or circumstance.
Your rights and obligations regarding warranty coverage are governed by the written warranty documents applicable to your recreational vehicle. In the event of a conflict between website content and the written warranty applicable to your product, the written warranty controls, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For service, warranty, or owner questions, please contact Genesis Supreme RV or an authorized dealer using the contact information provided on the Site. The Site currently links to a Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act notice and owner resources from its footer.
6. User Submissions and Uploaded Content
The Site may allow you to submit information, messages, photos, documents, reviews, testimonials, service inquiries, contact requests, newsletter subscriptions, or other content (“User Submissions”). For example, the Site’s contact functionality may allow users to upload photos or files.
You are responsible for your User Submissions. By submitting User Submissions, you represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to submit them;
- they are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- they do not violate any law or third-party right;
- they do not contain unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, infringing, misleading, or malicious content; and
- they do not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
By submitting User Submissions, you grant Genesis Supreme RV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, store, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from your User Submissions for purposes of responding to you, providing customer support, processing your request, administering services, improving our products and services, and operating our business.
If you submit testimonials, photos, videos, reviews, or similar content for marketing or promotional purposes, you grant Genesis Supreme RV permission to use that content, along with your name, city/state, vehicle model, or other information you provide, in marketing materials, unless you and Genesis Supreme RV agree otherwise in writing.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through the Site.
7. Accounts and Login Areas
The Site may include login, account, dealer, owner, or administrative areas. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account or password has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate account access at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or if access presents a security, legal, or operational risk.
8. Newsletter, Email, SMS, and Other Communications
If you provide your contact information, subscribe to a newsletter, submit a contact form, or otherwise request information, Genesis Supreme RV may contact you using the information you provide, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the email or by contacting us. If SMS or text messaging is offered, additional SMS terms may apply, including message frequency, carrier charges, and opt-out instructions.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not required as a condition of purchasing any product.

If you receive a recall or safety notice, follow the instructions in that notice promptly. For current safety recall information, you may also consult the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or contact Genesis Supreme RV.
16. No Professional Advice
Site content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, insurance, safety, towing, engineering, tax, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals and authorized dealers as appropriate before making decisions about purchasing, financing, towing, servicing, modifying, or using an RV.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all Site content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Supreme RV disclaims all warranties regarding the Site, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from viruses or harmful components.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, current, or free from defects.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Supreme RV and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
This includes damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, computer damage, service interruption, or reliance on Site content, even if Genesis Supreme RV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Supreme RV’s total liability for claims arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to Genesis Supreme RV to use the Site, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genesis Supreme RV and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to:

- your violation of these Terms;
- your User Submissions;
- your violation of any law or third-party right; or
- your misuse of Site content or services.
20. Changes to the Site
We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by Site changes, downtime, errors, or discontinued features.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
23. Dispute Resolution and Venue
Before filing a claim relating to the Site or these Terms, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access, security issues, or other urgent matters.

25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genesis Supreme RV regarding your use of the Site.
